WATTS UP WEDNESDAYS

The 3 hours training are often the fun part, the other 21 hours of the day count as much if not more! Recovery is King.

-Take the time to have a recovery plan to get the best adaptations from your training.

-Try incorporating family life into your recovery rides, runs or yoga by taking the kids along when them holding you back is a good thing for recovery discipline. STACK THE BROWNIE POINTS UP:)

- Make sleep time precious: it's when the body rebuilds, so make the hard yards count!
