Dream big, aim high, then break it down.
- Select targets that are realistic and can be achieved with working outside of your comfort zone.
- Set targets between you and your coach ranging from situational awareness and getting into race moves, to power improvements.
- Setting dreams as your targets becomes counterproductive to good morale. It will almost certainly blur your focus. Keep dreaming, just focus on what you can control in the present.
Believe in yourself... and get up the road!
