WATTS UP WEDNESDAYS

-If you have been using a winter bike in the off season so far, start to introduce your race bike the odd ride now to get used to the changes in position.

-Think about using it on the turbo for indoor days

-Look at getting a bike fit to iron out any issues before the season begins

-You may need to work on your flexibility to get the best of your position. Put the work in now to benefit long term.
